A Trip Down Buckout Road Could Be Your Last: Film Festival Details

Buckout Road is an upcoming indie horror feature. From first time director Matthew Currie Holmes, the film is a throwback to classic good vs. evil horror films of the '80s. In the film, several college students realize that the urban legends, on Buckout Road, are true. This title stars Dominique Provost-Chalkley (The Seasoning House, 2012), Danny Glover, Michelle Mylette and many others. A trailer was released earlier this year. Now, a couple of upcoming film festival dates have been announced.

The trailer is a good one. It flashes back and forth across timelines as characters discover the area's haunted past. The clip also blends the religious with the supernatural, in this chilling clip.

Buckout Road will have a couple of showings, in October. The next showing takes place on October 7th, in Nashville, Tennessee. Then, there will be another showing, in Toronto, on October 13th. This showing takes place as part of Commffest 2017. The film has already won awards. And, fans of indie horror are encouraged to look out for Buckout Road as it makes its film festival rounds. A trailer is hosted below.
