It Comes at Night with Two New Haunting Clips: "Bad Dreams" and "Never"

A few more details are emerging for Trey Edward Shults' It Comes at Night. The North American distribution date has been moved up to early June. On June 9th, It Comes at Night will show in Canadian and US theatres. A few European dates have also been announced. In the film, two families struggle with a global pandemic. Meanwhile, paranoia is causing conflict, within. The film centrally stars: Joel Edgerton (King Arthur, 2004) , Carmen Ejogo, and Kelvin Harrison Jr. Now, two new clips have been released for this mysterious thriller, titled "Bad Dreams" and "Never."

Both clips show the film's interior, a small, remote home. In "Bad Dreams," Travis (Harrison Jr.) is haunted by an infection and denizens of the night. He talks to Kim (Riley Keough), but finds little solace. Meanwhile, something is stalking the house, mostly at night. In the "Never" clip, one man is tied to a tree. Another injured character is carried off into the woods. And, the central rule: "we never go out at night," is repeated over and over. Both clips give more insight into the plot and characters.

It Comes at Night has multiple distributors. Mongrel Media will show the film in theatres, within Canada; the film's Canadian wide theatrical debut is June 9th. Similarly, A24 will show the film, in theatres, on this same date. Belgium, France, the Netherlands and several other territories will also see a June release.
