Infectious Thriller Here Alone Sets its Sights on a March 31st VOD Release

A second trailer has emerged for Rod Blackhurst's Here Alone. This second clip is longer and shows many more scenes. Released by Vertical Entertainment, this trailer also shows more of the film's central characters. The film stars: Lucy Walters, Gina Piersanti and Adam David Thompson. Slated for a late March Video-on-demand launch, Here Alone looks to satisfy zombie film fans or those who like survivalist scenarios. The film's two minute plus trailer is hosted here.

The trailer expands on the film's story, quite a bit. Initial scenes show a family evacuating a town or city. These scenes were missing from the first trailer, which was released in April of 2016. Significantly, it also shows one of the initial, central characters missing from later scenes. As well, the ending is hinted at with "you brought us out here for a reason." From the scenes, one uninfected character may have nefarious intentions. Fans of horror can make their own predictions below.

As well, Here Alone will be available in the United States, in just a few weeks. The official launch date is March 31st. There are also plans to launch this feature in Australia, on DVD. However, few other territories will be able to screen this infectious title, until further distribution deals are finalized. More details on Here Alone are below.

Release Date: March 31st, 2017 (US, VOD).
