The Watcher Offers a Strange Welcoming Gift in this Preview

The Watcher is one indie horror title for your calendar. The film already had its debut on television, in late October. Now, Monarch Home Entertainment will release the film on home entertainment formats, including DVD. The film, from director Ryan Rothmaier (Dead to Me), involves a couple, a new home and a few strange neighbours. A welcoming gift consists of a dead raven and other oddities. The trailer is more revealing than the synopsis. The clip shows Emma (Erin Cahill) and Noah (Edi Gathegi) happy in their new home. But soon, strange items begin to show up on their doorstep. A blood red note here, a dead animal there and no one knows what is going on. This couple will have to uncover their new stalker, in order to find peace in their ancient house.

Monarch Home Entertainment has already set the film's 2017 release. The Watcher will launch on DVD, and possibly more formats, on April 18th. The film has already received a number of positive reviews. And, The Watcher is one indie horror title to watch out for.
