It is All Fun and Games until The Horde Arrives: First Trailer

Jared Cohn's (Hold Your Breath) The Horde blends action elements with the horror genre. This film was completed in 2015. Now, a trailer has been revealed for this high octane release. Starring Paul Logan (Code Red) as a Navy Seal, the film follows John Crenshaw as he encounters a group of mutated cannibals. The first trailer, released by Artist View Entertainment, shows several darkened scenes and the creatures that lay within the darkness. The film also stars horror icons Bill Moseley (The Devil’s Rejects), Costas Mandylor (Saw IV) and Vernon Wells (Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior). And, the film's first trailer is hosted here!

From the synopsis, John and his girlfriend set out on a nature photography expedition. Alone in the woods, they find that an unspeakable evil has been rotting in the area. Now, both groups face each other, in a violent struggle of life and death.

The film is expected to release in 2016. Gravitas Ventures will handle the film's video-on-demand release, with a specific launch date expected shortly. Fans of indie horror can take a look at the film below. And, the film blends elements of previous titles including Sylvester Stallone's Rambo (1982) and the Wrong Turn series of films, while adding in its own violent, no holds barred action style.
