There is No Refuge in a Post-apocalyptic Future

The post-apocalyptic thriller Refuge has completed its film festival run. Now, this title is heading towards a Video-on-demand release, via Gravitas Ventures. The release is just under a week away, February 16th. And, a review of the film was posted on 28DLA, in 2014; it is available here: (Refuge Review on 28DLA). The film involves a family trying to survive under dire circumstances. Developed by director Andrew Robertson, the film stars Sebastian Beacon, Chris Kies, Carter Roy and Amy Rutberg. From the official synopsis, a catastrophic event has taken place, globally. Now, a family struggles to survive day to day. Meanwhile, a group of bandits have found them and they hope to take what little they have. This family will have to fight back, or face even worse horrors.
