Z for Zachariah Brings Drama and Conflict to the Screen with this Trailer

Post-apocalyptic brother site Quiet Earth has posted the first trailer and official graphic for Z for Zachariah. The film, based on Robert C. O'Brien's novel, involves a love triangle, taking place after a nuclear war. From early reviews, the film also focuses on the fragility of human life. As well, the film stars Margot Robbie (The Wolf of Wall Street), Chris Pine and Chiwetel Ejiofor. The first trailer shows the characters, settings and conflicts; it is hosted below.

As well, the above film poster has just been released today. The graphic hosts the usual praise, from sites such as Total Film and Twitch Film. The poster also displays a longish tagline: "after the end of the world, she thought she was alone. She was wrong." An official selection of Sundance 2015, the one-sheet also shows a nuclear hazard symbol, in the background. The character Ann (Robbie) is shown forefront, with the colours appearing mostly grey and muted. What dangers lurk within? Fans can see more of the film's visual style, past the break.
