"Dregs" Offers a Tense Time in a Horrifying Future: Full Film

Richard Rudy and Stephen Scott-Hayward's "Dregs" is now available to the public. The film, set in the United Kingdom, envisions a world turned against itself. An invisible signal has rendered the public immobile and passive, except for Ben (Jamie Blackley), Zoe (Kathryn Prescott) and a few others.
