The Frame Blends Mystery and Sci-fi in this Brilliant, First Trailer

Double Edge Films and director Jamin Winans have completed production on the sci-fi thriller The Frame. Winans is most widely known for his production on the short film "Spin" and the brilliantly shot sci-fi feature Ink. Both films were self-distributed. As well, Winans scores all of his own films, including his latest. Film fans can see Winans' upcoming endeavour, with the first trailer for The Frame hosted here.

Double Edge Films is keeping the plot of The Frame behind close doors. Only the genres of the film have been revealed. The Frame will blend science fiction tones with those of mystery. Also, David Carranza and Tiffany Mualem will star.

The trailer for The Frame is truly beautiful. Short shots are interspersed over an image of a man running. Meanwhile, Winans' score offers a moody trance-like soundtrack, which matches up to the action onscreen perfectly.
