"The Walking Dead" Previews Season 4's Return with this Clip for "After!"

Zombie fans are sure to be prepping for the return of "The Walking Dead" this Feb. 9th, 2014. Leading up to the return of Seas. 4, the AMC has been releasing hordes of promotional material for this television series. The AMC has released several trailers for Epis. 9, titled "After." And now, a short clip has been launched by the network. The clip shows Carl (Chandler Riggs), fending off two zombies on a quiet street.

As well, a short synopsis has been revealed for this episode. In its entirety: "As Rick deals with old wounds, members of the prison have to come to terms with their new environment and ask themselves if survival alone is enough." It is difficult to make out a solid track for the show from this snippet. However, it is rumoured that (possible spoilers ahead) Carol (Melissa McBride) will return to the show. Though, it is not known in what capacity she will return.

Finally, the AMC has also released two photos for the upcoming episode "After." One shows Carl with his father Rick (Andrew Lincoln, above). They both look in distress. Also, Michonne (Danai Gurira) is shown alone in a field, with two zombies in tow. With all of this promotional material, it is clear that the return of the season will be an action filled event, with characters questioning their ability to survive in this hostile environment.
