Julian Gilbey's crime thriller Plastic has completed production. This title, which was shot in both Florida and the United Kingdom, will also be released in early 2014. The film prominently stars Mem Ferda (The Devil's Double) Ed Speleers (A Lonely Place to Die), Emma Rigby and Thomas Kretschmann. Most recently, a new high concept film poster has been released for the film.

The story for Plastic is based on true events. A con artist and credit card thief is caught robbing a mob boss and Sam's (Speleers) life is now in danger. Sam must pay over $2 million in debt, or face death by execution. This debt leads the protagonist to start a jewellery heist, which just adds more danger and trouble into the mix. Can Sam raise the money in time?

The newest artwork shows many of the cast members. Actor Speleers is shown in the top right corner, with actress Emma Rigby below. Thomas Kretschmann is shown further below. Thriller fans in the United Kingdom will be able to pick this title up in January of 2014 and a release date for North America will be coming soon. More details on the release are below.

Writers: Julian Gilbey, Will Gilbey and Chris Howard.
