Ryan Nicholson Brings Horror to Vancouver, British Columbia with Horror Feature Collar

Makeup spfx specialist and indie director Ryan Nicholson (Famine) is set to lens a new, extreme horror film, titled Collar. This Vancouver native has already joined forces with actors James Duval (Donnie Darko), Nick Principe (Laid to Rest) and Mihola Terzic (Gutterballs) to bring horror fans what they want, more terror!

The film begins with a rookie cop, who is lured to a derelict building. Here, the officer is broken down and captured. Then, he is collared by a dog leash and welded to a shopping cart. His captor is a mentally ill homeless man, who parades his new captor around the city's most dangerous areas.

An early concept poster for Collar has been released. The graphic keeps the antagonist in darkness, while strange body parts are housed in the shopping trolley. Production on Collar has already begun and more details on the film will be released shortly.
