Gonzalo López-Gallego's Open Grave is Full of Mystery and Plenty of Bodies

Open Grave is a film from Spanish director Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego (Apollo 18) and production company Atlas Independent. This post-apocalyptic thriller will release within Italy August 14th. Therefore, the first trailer for the film is in Italian. However, this is an English language film.

The trailer shows one man, who awakens in a pit full of bodies. He is one of six survivors and he must determine what his role is in the massacre. Is he the killer? a victim? or, something else?


The clip is a mysterious one. Horror fans will have to read between the lines to figure out the subtext of the film as the Italian dubbing threatens to derail any understanding of the trailer at all. Hopefully, an English language preview will come along shortly, for this biological terror themed feature. Fans can enjoy the clip below.
