A Film Crew is Terrorized in Lou Simon's Hazmat

Director Lou Simon (The Awakened) returns to horror with her title Hazmat. This indie thriller involves a reality television crew, who cross paths with an angry killer. Hazmat is set to premiere August 16th as part of the Massachusetts Independent Film Festival.

The film's story starts with a prank. A camera crew sets up an elaborate joke, on a disturbed young man. Events get heated when the man's humiliation reaches a boiling point. Soon, an axe begins to swing and this film crew will be getting an early and bloody retirement package.

Fans of slashers can preview the first trailer for Hazmat here. The clip shows one character, behind a mask, terrorizing the crew from the show "Scary Antics." A still, showing the masked killer, is also hosted below.

Release Date: August 16th, 2013 (Limited Theatrical).
