This Evidence Has Been Planted as Seen in the Film's First Trailer

Evidence is a standard crime thriller that transitions into a found footage styled horror film. The transition can be seen here, with the film's official trailer. Also, Evidence stars horror genre favourites Stephen Moyer ("True Blood") and Radha Mitchell (Silent Hill). This title is slated for a Summer release.

In the trailer, Dets. Burquez (Mitchell) and Reese (Moyer) work together to piece together a video narrative. Five people have been found murdered and each demise has been caught on videotape. A masked psychopath has used various vicious tools of death to burn and maim his victims. And, this case might break both detectives, who are exposed to the horrifying events onscreen. Those events are partially shown through video clips and also through a standard narration.

Evidence will release on several formats. First, the film will be shown on video-on-demand June 31st, 2013. Then, Evidence will be shown in a few theatres July 19th, before arriving on DVD August 20th. Horror and thriller fans can take a look at the crazed killer, flamethrower in hand, below.
