Six Abandoned Souls are Trapped on a Zombie Infested Island June 25th!

Maverick Entertainment Group is set to release their zombie thriller Abandoned Souls. This title will release later this month (June 25th) and the film has some similarities to Peter Winther's The Wicked. Both films deal with superstitions, haunted homes and and a very real legend. This time, several friends go knocking on the wrong door.

The film's story involves six friends. These friends take an outsider to an isolated island. Here, a home lies in wait. The house hosts an assortment of the undead and exit off the island will not be easy.

The official trailer for Abandoned Souls is below. The clip shows the friends approaching the island and then being hunted by several predators.

Release Date: June 25th, 2013 (DVD).
