The Last Exorcism 2's First Poster and Plotline is Creating Déjà Vu

If Ed Gass-Donnelly (Small Town Murder Songs) is going to make a sequel to Daniel Stamm's The Last Exorcism, then the first film should be renamed to Almost The Last Exorcism, or The Second to Last Exorcism. With the financial success of the first film, filmmakers are returning to this material, likely, to take another swipe at the piggy bank. A lot of questions were left in the original film, but nothing breeds sequels quite like success.

In this sequel, Nell (Ashley Bell) is again possessed and again an exorcism is performed. Maybe Nell needs to change exorcists.

Now, the first poster for The Last Exorcism 2 has been released. Nell is doing her backbreaking best to create a 2 as the film threatens a March, 2013 release. Her hanging crucifix does not seem to helping her predicament. More details on the film's release are listed below.

Release Date: March 1, 2013.
