Mem Ferda Attends the World Premiere of Pusher at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2012!

Mem Ferda, who stars in the English remake of the 1996 feature film which propelled Nicholas Winding Refn (Drive) into the international spotlight, attended the world Premiere with Pusher director Luis Prieto and actor Richard Coyle.

The sharp, fast-paced, gripping crime film played to a packed audience and was very well received. After the film Mem Ferda was invited to the stage to join director Luis and fellow actor Richard to answer questions asked by the audience.

Mem commented afterwards: "this is the first time I have seen the film and I must say I'm completely bowled over by it. Luis has done an amazing job and the cast were simply superb."

Also in attendance were producers Christopher Simon and Hubi Von Liel.

Pusher features an atmospheric and rousing original score by Orbital.

This film will be officially released in all UK Cinemas on October 12th, 2012, followed by a US release by the Weinstein Film Company in 2013.
