The Day Dawns this August: Official Poster and Release Details

WWE Studios has announced that the post-apoclayptic thriller The Day will be released in August. WWE Studios recently acquired this production through Preferred Content. This is a small film from Douglas Aarniokoski that follows five survivors over a 24 hour period. Viruses now spread out of control as antibiotics can no longer stop the spread of infections. And, those infected have changed into something violent!

The Day stars Shawn Ashmore (X-Men Trilogy), Ashley Bell (The Last Exorcism), Michael Eklund (Watchmen), Cory Hardrict (Battle Los Angeles), Dominic Monaghan (“Lost”), and Shannyn Sossamon (WWE Studios).
