Medium Raw Serves Up Horror Cold and Bloody on DVD August 16th

Anchor Bay Entertainment will release Medium Raw aka Medium Raw: Night of the Wolf on DVD August 16th. This horror tale borrows some of the mythology of Little Red Riding Hood, with references to a wolf, and a wolf shaped mask. Children go missing and one man is responsible. His date with the electric chair is interrupted when the power goes out and the killers run the ward. This worst case scenario stars John Rhys-Davies (Ferocious Planet), Mercedes McNab (Hatchet) and William B. Davis. Kill the lights and invite a killer into your living room in just a few weeks! "He is called ‘The Wolf’, a spike-jawed serial killer responsible for the ‘Red Riding Hood’ murders of 15 young girls. Arrested by Detectives Elliott Carbon (John Rhys-Davies) and Johnny Morgan (Andrew Cymek), he has been declared criminally insane and sentenced to the sanitarium of Dr. Parker (William B. Davis).

But now a massive power failure at the maximum-security facility has unlocked the cell doors and trapped Parker, Johnny and the hospital staff inside. Tonight, the inmates – psychopaths, cannibals and The Wolf himself – are running the asylum...and they are all hungry for vengeance.
