Webseries "Throwing Stones" Gets a Second Season with Help from Director Jon Keeyes

Writer Bart D. Van Bemmel has recently announced that the web series "Throwing Stones" will begin a second season with director Jon Keeyes (Fall Down Dead). Many of the cast from the original film series will return and the cast includes: Chad Cox (Powder), Cherami Leigh (Fast Food Nation), Rebekah Kennedy (Season of the Witch), Lindsay Seidel and Bryan Massey.

"Throwing Stones" will turn into deeper slasher territory, with Bemmel, a teacher himself, incorporating meaningful themes such as the "Broken Windows Theory," which sees students in need of bloody repair. The synopsis for Seas. 2 of "Throwing Stones:"

"After finally coming together to overcome their differences, the students of Blair High are violently separated and forced to follow Mr. Beckett's new set of rules. One by one he challenges each student's will to live as he pushes his Broken Window Theory to the test. Their objective is to survive!" (Bemmel).
