Lionsgate Picks Up MGM's Cabin in the Woods for a Future Release

Drew Goddard (Cloverfield) fans or horror fans in general will be excited by this news. According to Deadline, Lionsgate has picked up The Cabin in the Woods, an MGM property, for a possible 2011 release. That's is right; your two year wait has ended, and soon this horror satire will be released!

The Cabin in the Woods stars Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Jesse Williams, and Richard Jenkins (Let Me In). Deadline is predicting an October, 2011 release, with cast details below.
