Horror afficionado and director Alexandre Aja (High Tension) is helming the multi-million dollar Piranha remake entitled Piranha 3D, with August 20th the expected theatrical release date (UHM). A new poster for Piranha 3D was released late last month and can be seen (here). Now, a second film poster, from France can be seen left. The lead in title loosely translates to "From the director of 'The Hills Have Eyes.'" This third poster for the film has a very retro' feel and pays homage to the original Piranha movie poster. This poster and the original were both inspired by another predatory animal film called Jaws (Horror). Have a watch of the film's teaser trailer inside, or join the Piranha 3D fan page below.

After a sudden underwater tremor sets free scores of the prehistoric man-eating fish, an unlikely group of strangers must band together to stop themselves from becoming fish food for the area's new razor-toothed residents" (28DLA).
