Mormons on the Loose as Zombies in this The Book of the Dead Trailer

Here is something you do not want to meet in the dark: a flesh-eating zombie Mormon? That is exactly what Seattle's True Independent Film Festival is offering moviegoers June 7th in The Book of Zombie. Apparently a whole town of Mormons get transformed into lumbering shamblers in this DMZ Entertainment production. Have a watch below as a couple bible-thumpers do more than knock on your door, with this goretastic clip!

The synopsis for The Book of Zombie:

"A small, sleepy Utah town gets an undead wake-up call when all of the townspeople of Mormon faith suddenly transform into flesh-eating ghouls! Now, a group of 'non-believers' unaffected by the mysterious epidemic must band together to survive the night and answer the burning question: How do you kill a Mormon zombie" (Book)?

Release Date: June 7th (Limited Showing).

Cast: Brian Ibsen, Larisa Peters, Andrew Loviska, Paul Cantu, Bill Johns, and Adrienne McCain.
