The New Daughter Screams onto DVD/Blu-Ray May 18th

Anchor Bay will be releasing The New Daughter onto DVD and Blu-Ray Tuesday, May 18th. In the film, Kevin Costner stars as John James the single father to two young children one of whom begins to act strangely in the presence of a large mound at a new residence. Is this an ancient burial mound, or something even more sinister? Fans of Costner or of horror can watch the latest trailer for the film inside.

The synopsis for The New Daughter here:

"John James is a single father who moves to a house in the country with his two children following a painful divorce. Soon, however, his adolescent daughter begins acting strangely, and the household is plagued by disturbing events. John begins to suspect that the mysterious mound at the edge of the forest may have something to do with her ominous behavior" (28DLA).
