Robert Picardo Finally Ready to get His Hands Dirty in this Sensored Clip

*A producer has informed me that the release date for Sensored has been pushed back to April, 2010.

Sci-fi star Robert Picardo is making his way into the horror genre with upcoming roles in Trail of Blood, Awakened, and the recently completed Sensored. Sensored involves author Wade Mixon developing delusions after his mind is "invaded by the terror of his murderous past" (Sensored). This film will be on DVD and Blu-ray formats February 2nd (see above). Fans of horror will want to check out this trailer for Sensored, as Robert Picard, a Star Trek and Stargate SG-1 alumni, suffocates, tortures, and basically makes a bloody mess of his basement and neighbours. The synopsis for Sensored here:

"Children's book author Wade Mixon is trying to keep his frayed mind from unraveling. His stability and lucidity are in question, and his thoughts are increasingly being invaded by the terror of this murderous past and present. Wade's battle with his own demons causes him to believe there is a conspiracy against him. The line between reality and delusion is steadily growing more and more uncertain and the fight between good and evil within his mind is beginning to dilute any chance he has at living in the here and now. In the balance hangs Wade's only shred of existence, his legacy, and he will stop at nothing to prove its reality.
