Dark Woods Second One-Sheet and Status


Psychological thriller "Dark Woods" is finished post-production and the film is currently in search of distributors with a second final one-sheet poster available above. Already seen by this reviewer the picture is tense and dramatic with an excellent performance from James Russo and Tracy Coogan. Likely to be available shortly once distribution is found fans can these these two actors and many more at theatres or on DVD. Silence Ca Tue in Stores September 22



Distributors Brink DVD will release "Silence Ca Tue!" for horror fans this September 22. The film, which is banned in Belgium "Silence Ca Tue!" is the epitome of "...guerrilla filmmaking" and this flick is out to shock! With the films focus on the difficulties of filmmaking in Europe this feature length flick with add lots of gore to entertain those in search of the something sinister. Manson Makes His Way to the Big Screen


A new horror feature is in pre-production from the Ford Austin Film Company and this horror biopic will feature Charles Manson at his worst. Focusing on Manson's psychopathic tendencies the film will star Ford Austin himself, Randal Malone, Jed Rowen, David Stay and Tom Sizemore with many more stars currently in negotiations. Not only will a strong cast be involved, but the film will take a psychological approach to expose this 70s horror icon sadistic activities throughout California and the area surrounding the Barker Ranch. Halloween II in Theatres August 28



"Halloween II" will be released August 28 and tickets will be available through Fandango.com. A new poster for "H2" can be seen above with a synopsis, likely written by Rob Zombie, below. Lee Perkins as Mason in Slime City Massacre



Character Mason appears here from "Slime City Massacre" and Lee Perkins is the actor beneath all the make-up in this recently completed horror film. Shot in Buffalo, New York the sets are meant to look post-depression era and already the picture has wrapped on-set production. Various locations in Buffalo appear as an "abandoned postal facility," which is "adjacent to the dormant Central Terminal Station" and once post-production is completed horror fans will get a chance to see the results of all the hard work that went into "Slime City Massacre." Edges of Darkness Official Release Date


Jason Horton, director of "Edges of Darkness," has confirmed a September 22 DVD release date through Anchor Bay for his post-apocalyptic, zombie styled, adventure film. Heavy in sub-plots this flick will offer a little something for everyone including vampires, zombies, religious cults, and a little science fiction. Already premiering in the United Kingdom "Edges of Darkness" now has a second poster for the film, as seen above, and fans can see the film in theatres with a limited run beginning in September 18, which will coincide with the DVD release date. Production Stills from the Set of Box of Shadows
