A Perfect Getaway Canadian Release Date

Canadians will get to enjoy "A Perfect Getaway," in theatres, this August 14. From Rogue Pictures this horror feature highlights the talents of Steve Zahn (Sahara, Rescue Dawn), Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil, Fifth Element) and Timothy Olyphant (Deadwood). A stretch for some of these actors who have not starred in horror these actors and actresses will get a chase to show off their darker sides as a serial killer looks for more than just fun in the sun. Shot in Puerto Rico the beautiful backdrop will be contrasted by the darkest of material. Have a look at the first pleasing to the eye Canadian one-sheet and trailer until the film arrives later this summer.

"Cliff and Cydney are an adventurous young couple celebrating their honeymoon by backpacking to one of the most beautiful and remote beaches in Hawaii. Hiking the wild secluded trails they believe they have found paradise. But when the pair comes across a group of frightened hikers discussing the horrifying murders of another newlywed couple on the islands, they begin to question whether they should turn back. Unsure whether to stay or flee, Cliff and Cydney join up with two other couples, and things begin to go terrifyingly wrong. Far from civilization or rescue, everyone begins to look like a threat and nobody knows whom to trust. Paradise becomes hell on earth as a brutal battle for survival begins (Trailer)."
