Director: Franck Vestiel.

From the initial reactions of one reviewer at bloody-disgusting.com director French Franck Vestiel is using a lot of steel and long sheets to magnify a post-apocalyptic feel in the film "Eden Log." The overall plot of the film seems to be very simple or non-existant with the main character Tolbiac slowly making his way out of a labyrinth like cave system with the world in ruins. However, talk of a mysterious corporation known as Eden Log is possibly responsible for the destruction of the surrounding landscape, but without seeing the film it is hard to tell (Bloody).

There is also quite a bit of talk about the creepiness factor of the monsters in the film. Supposedly, the creatures are monkey like in shape and freaky as hell. "(The creatures)...are disgusting and vile," says one reviewer from bloody-disgusting.com.

From early reviews this film seems like a 2009 must see with thrill and chills to entertain science-fiction horror fans. Because of the use of a world of devastation and the addition of some unique monster effects "Eden Log," sounds like a film that will deliver mystery, excitement, and a few scares along the way. See it in early February, 2009 as "Eden Log," receives a limited release.
